Milano s/s collections 2018

La città della moda Milano was the place to be last week for the beautiful s/s collections 2018. La moda e il lusso is an essental part of Italy’s cutural heritage. The spring-summer collections presented at Milan Fashion Week celebrated the luxurious fashion made in Italy with a lot of prints. The lovely Pucci collection from Firenze featured chique printed mini dresses presented in a fun poolside runway. Etro celebrated its fiftieth anniversary with a new version of their signature printed dresses in boho white, green and blue.

Salvatore Ferragamo has a beautiful s/s collection with lingerie inspired tops, midi skirts and delicate dresses in satin, organza and tule. The small bags carried around the waist actually looked chique! Another collection that I love is from Blumarine with beautiful see-through dresses, as well as the cool and chique collections by N.21 (Numero ventuno), Byblos and MaxMara. On the last days of MFW, Dolce & Gabbana presented their very Italian collection with black lace and organza dresses for your inner Monica, Pia and Sofia 💙.

O baby, it’s cold outside! The winter can be a beautiful season, too 💙. It is the season for snow, xmas, hot chocolate, comfy nights at home, and winter collections! Dress in beautiful and warm, winter chic clothes and love the daily luxury the winter has to offer:

Winter luxury 💙

This winter is going to be a cool season. The beautiful winter luxuries that are in store now make you forget about summer and long for the snow. My wishlist of winter luxuries is a long one. First of all, I would love to have the lovely, winter beige Choo high top trainers and beautiful, black Valentino boots with decorative studs (Valentino, Choo, Shoebaloo). A beautiful backpack or bucket bag are the coolest bags of the season (Valentino, Liu jo, Patrizia Pepe, Paul Warmer). Secondly, the lovely Liu jo jeans and the Liu jo down jackets from the Les Plumes collection are beautiful basic items for all your winter looks (Liu jo). The warm and comfy cashmere dresses and sweaters in winter white and lovely beige are essential winter luxuries (Repeat Cashmere, Liu jo, MaxMara, Twin-Set, Patrizia Pepe). For beautiful, dewy skin you need the delicious soft Dior sorbet cream and Dior serum sorbet against the winter cold. A lovely winter makeup in beige and brown tones, inspired by the nineties look, can be created by a little Dior nude air foundation, Dior bronzer and the Dior sunkissed nailpolish (Dior).

Even though the summer has ended, you can still wear your lovely summer dresses, skirts and tops with a denim or leather jacket in the in between season. You can wear those beautiful winter cashmere dresses with bare legs, or a soft tee and Liu jo jeans with a down jacket. The in between season is very cool, as you can wear both summer and winter items in lovely combinations, and be inspired by both the winter collections that are in store now and the spring collections on the runway in New York, Milan and Paris. Some women own a naturally beautiful style 🌺 You may find them within your family and friends, in magazines, in old movies, in fashion blogs, and in the streets and boutiques of beautiful cities like Barcelona, New York, Milan and Firenze. I love the mix of classic elements with my own casual and cool style. The new chic is presented by cool and comfy clothes in beautiful silhouettes, soft fabrics and textures.
